Moved the office from Farringdon, London to Tunbridge Wells, Kent to ensure a better work/life balance Win MIAList Supplier of the Year

Patch commit hours to pro-bono projects like building The Hygiene Bank’s and Mary’s Charity website.
2019
Due to Covid Patch introduces 4 day working week for 80% of salary. The benefits were clear – a more rested team meant better focus, output and creativity.
2020
Patch roll out 4.5 day weeks and 100% of salary as standard
2021
Patch politely doesn’t renew a contract with a client due to the chemistry not being right.
2022
Patch may specialise in the events sector, but they introduced a four-point policy when taking on any client: a trusted introduction, strong chemistry, confidence in delivering against the client’s goals, and a budget that supports those objectives.
