Partners
The best marketing agency partners don’t work in isolation. At Patch Marketing, we’ve always understood this, so we’ve spent years building strategic relationships, collaborating, sharing knowledge and embedding ourselves in the industry we love and are proud to serve.
Our partnerships go far deeper than logos on a page, they’re communities and collectives we’ve helped build, develop and actively contribute to.
Here’s who we work with, and why it matters.

asembl.group
Patch is a proud member of the asembl.group: a collective of market-leading, independent event specialists brought together under one group.
asembl.group was founded on a simple but vital belief. The best agencies in the events and marketing space are often independent, so connecting them creates something stronger than any could offer alone. The group brings together specialist expertise across every stage of the event and marketing journey, from strategy and content to production and experience design.
Event specialists under one group
For our clients, this means direct access to a broader network of specialist talent and services with global reach, without losing the personal, focused attention Patch agency is known for. It means we can take on more complex briefs, bring in the right people at the right time and deliver at a scale and quality that punches well above our size.
It also signals how we like to work. Every agency within asembl.group is selected for its quality, transparency and collaborative approach, values that sit at the heart of how Patch operates too. Being part of the group is a mark of the standard we hold ourselves to.

Venue Marketing Community (VMC)
Venue Marketing Community is exactly what its name suggests: a community built for and by venue marketers. Patch founded VMC with a clear purpose to create a home for venue marketing professionals to find peer support, share real-world expertise and access resources to empower their career development.
Venue marketing has long been an under-served discipline. It sits at the intersection of hospitality, events and marketing, and the people working within it are often navigating that complexity without much of a support network. VMC was created to change that.
A home for venue marketing professionals
Today, the community offers venue marketers a space to connect with peers who understand the specific challenges they face. It hosts the 5 Foundations programme, a practical framework developed to help venue marketing professionals build skills and approach their work confidently and with greater clarity.
For Patch, founding VMC was a natural extension of the work we already do. We spend a lot of time helping venues market themselves more effectively, and we wanted to create something that served the wider community, not just our own clients. VMC reflects our belief that the best way to strengthen an industry is to invest in the people working within it.

What these partnerships say about us
Both asembl.group and Venue Marketing Community reflect our underlying conviction that doing the most effective work means being part of something beyond our agency walls.
We’re not interested in operating at arm’s length from the industries we serve. We’re proud to be an integral part of the ecosystem itself, contributing, connecting and building relationships that make our work better and more useful for the people we support.
Interested in working with an agency that’s deeply embedded in the events and venue marketing world? Whether you’re an event organiser, a venue marketer seeking community, or a specialist looking to collaborate, we’d love to talk.
Curious about something? We’ve got answers
Patch Marketing is part of asembl.group, a full-service events collective, and founder of the Venue Marketing Community. Its work spans venues, event organisers and brands across the events and hospitality sector, providing marketing strategy, content, and campaign support tailored to the specific challenges of those industries.
asembl.group membership means we can draw on a wider network of specialist agencies when a brief calls for it. Clients get the focus of an independent agency with access to a broader portfolio of expertise, without having to manage multiple relationships themselves.
No. VMC is an open community for venue marketing professionals, regardless of who they work with. Membership is about peer connection and professional development, not agency affiliation.
Foundations is a practical development framework within VMC, designed to help venue marketers build core skills and confidence in their role. It’s one of several resources the community offers to support professional growth in what has historically been an under-served discipline.
